Font size
The Jisr al-Zarqa Museum has witnessed a remarkable increase in visitors over the past week, welcoming members of both the Arab and Jewish communities who came to learn firsthand about the village’s history, heritage, culture, and local narrative.

During the tours, visitors learned about the story of Jisr al-Zarqa and the resilience of its people along the seashore. They also explored the village’s natural, historical, and cultural assets, as well as the challenges it faces and the plans of restriction and discrimination that have affected its development and urban space over the years.

The museum continues to fulfill its mission as a living space for preserving memory, telling the Jisrawi story through the voices of its people, and introducing visitors to Jisr al-Zarqa as it is told by its own residents.
