“A significant working session for the management of the Jisrawi Heritage Center was held at the community center in Jisr az-Zarqa, with the participation of:
Dr. Mohammad Abu Asba – Principal of Al-Wafaa School for Special Education and board member;
Mr. Sami Ali Jarban – Director of the Heritage Center;
Mr. Mahmoud Ammash – Director of the Youth and Informal Education Unit and board member.
One of the board members, Mr. Mansour Ammash, Director of the Sports Department, was unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, while reaffirming his full commitment to supporting the center’s mission and future vision.
During the session, the museum’s plans and programs for the 2025–2026 academic year were discussed, with emphasis on the importance of building partnerships and strengthening cooperation with academic and community institutions in ways that align with the aspirations of residents and the needs of students and researchers.
The center’s management sees its mission as being a living memory that preserves and documents heritage, an inspiring educational platform for school students and researchers, and a cultural beacon that reflects the identity of Jisr az-Zarqa and carries its voice to future generations.
The Jisrawi Heritage Center is not merely a house of heritage, but a message of knowledge, belonging, and future-building.
Together toward a Jisrawi cultural institution worthy of our history and our generations.”
