The “Technology with the Community” course is the first of its kind at the Technion. It was launched with the aim of making technological knowledge and resources accessible to the residents of Jisr al-Zarqa through professional fieldwork conducted in partnership with the local community.

Students and local residents worked together in joint teams that met throughout the semester and developed ideas for projects aimed at empowering the town and its residents to realize their economic, human, and tourism potential.
